Here is how to purchase music from Dan Davison Music.
Next to each available composition in the compositions tab, click on the "ordering information" link. You will be directed to an order form.
You have several options for submitting your order. You may print off the form and mail it to the address at the top, or you may print off the form, then scan it, and then attach it to an email. Another option would be to simply send an email to [email protected] with all of the required information:
Title, Voicing, Quantity, Sales Tax (0.094)
Your Name, Your School, School Address, School Phone, Your Email, and a Purchase Order Number.
When you have provided a purchase order number, or when payment is received, you will receive an electronic copy of all the music via email. You will also receive a license which tells you the terms of duplication. If the license says, for example, 80 licenses, then you may make up to 80 copies of the music for use in your school or institution. If the copies become damaged, you may duplicate more music to replace the damaged music, provided the damaged music is thrown away. If the license says "unlimited copies", then you are free to duplicate the music as many times as you wish for use in your own school or institution. If the licenses gives you permission for 80 copies, and you need more than that, (say...120) then you will need to purchase a second license for another 80 copies.
In this day and age where electronic copies are so easy to transmit, we ask you to please not send the electronic copies to anyone else, even for the purpose of perusal. If you know someone who is interested in the music, please direct them to this website where most of the music for sale has pages available for viewing.
